Recipe (Original Kulfi Preparation):
You’ll need:
- 
1 Litre Full Cream Milk (or Tetra Pack) 
- 
50g Butter or Margarine (3 tbsp) 
- 
2 Medium Bread Slices (top edge removed) 
- 
1 packet of Laziza Kulfi Mix 
Steps:
- 
Boil milk, add butter/margarine and simmer for 18–20 mins on medium heat. Stir every 3–5 mins. 
- 
Add Laziza Kulfi Mix, stir, and cook for another 5 mins. 
- 
Let cool. Add bread pieces and blend well. 
- 
Pour into kulfi moulds or tray and freeze.
