Fast and efficient service. Especially customer service responses and ctt delivery.
Ordered great smelling herbs, peppercorns and a date & tamarind sauce which is delicious. However, one item ‘citric acid’ is actually not available, but not connecting the online shopping website with warehouse stock- you don’t know when placing your order and adjustments/refunds happen afterwards. Customer service were quick to apologize and explain, hence 5 stars & a hope for improvements. Obrigada!

A very good selection of products offering excellent value for money (especially when taking into account loyalty points, discounted items and free postage based on a minimum spend). A very good shelf life regarding consumables which in my experience to date is a rare find around these parts. The customer service experience is first rate with any problems encountered being ironed out speedily and fairly. I cannot recommend Baazwsh enough. Given the USP of this business, it would be great if there were a way for customers to recommend and to vote on additional items which might then enter into stock.

All I can say is WOW. Tonight I tried my first mix, Rogan Josh, it was absolutely gorgeous, very authentic taste and brought back memories of visiting Indian restaurants in the UK (I now live in Spain). I cannot fault this mix, many more to try over the coming weeks. I bought over 50€ worth of goods to get free postage. Baazwsh have kept in touch from the day I placed the order until it arrived, and again yesterday for a review. Full marks to the company for choice of product, quality of product and ordering procedure. Unfortunately the delivery courier let you down. I would have received my order earlier if the courier had followed my simple delivery instructions (my villa is in the campo and a phone call was requested to arrange a meeting to collect package). I eventually received my order via Correos and I’m extremely happy it was delivered (actually on the initial date given). Top marks to Baazwsh minus a fraction for disappointing delivery.

Very speedy delivery. This is a great source for all those difficult to find ingredients, the prices are reasonable too. I will definitely use them again.
