There are several ways you can order from Baazwsh:

1. Free Pick-up by the Customer

This pick-up service is available to customers in Portugal.

To use this service:

• There is no minimum order value.
• Prior arrangements regarding the date and time of collection from Baazwsh should be made through our website.

2. Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is available for customers throughout Mainland Portugal and the Portuguese Islands (Madeira & Azores).

MAINLAND PORTUGAL

There is no minimum order value.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of the order:

• Up to 25 kg: €8.99
• 25.01 kg to 50 kg: €17.98
• 50.01 kg to 75 kg: €26.97
• 75.01 kg to 100 kg: €35.96
• 100.01 kg to 125 kg: €44.95

PT ISLANDS – MADEIRA & AZORES

There is no minimum order value.

Shipping charges are:

• Up to 25 kg: €29.99
• Up to 50 kg: €59.99

After Placing Your Order

Once your order has been processed for dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

The tracking information is normally provided by 16:00 on the same working day or on the following working day.

Delivery Time – Mainland Portugal

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery Time – PT Islands

Delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks after dispatch.

We work with nationally available courier services to provide deliveries throughout Portugal.

Depending on the delivery location and the availability of Baazwsh drivers, some orders may be delivered directly by Baazwsh. If this applies to your order, we will contact you beforehand.
