Steps of Cooking:

Take ½ cup (100 ml) milk in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons heaped of Shan Custard Powder. Mix to a smooth mixture. 
- 
Add 4½ tablespoons of sugar in the remaining 2 cups (500 ml) milk and boil in a saucepan. 
- 
Pour the custard mixture into the boiling milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook another 2 minutes until thickens. 
- 
Pour into a bowl or dish and serve hot, or refrigerate for 1–2 hours and serve chilled.
