Recipe (Original Kulfi Preparation):

You’ll need:

  • 1 Litre Full Cream Milk (or Tetra Pack)

  • 50g Butter or Margarine (3 tbsp)

  • 2 Medium Bread Slices (top edge removed)

  • 1 packet of Laziza Kulfi Mix

Steps:

  1. Boil milk, add butter/margarine and simmer for 18–20 mins on medium heat. Stir every 3–5 mins.

  2. Add Laziza Kulfi Mix, stir, and cook for another 5 mins.

  3. Let cool. Add bread pieces and blend well.

  4. Pour into kulfi moulds or tray and freeze.
