Timur Pepper Powder, also known as Timur, Timut, or Nepalese Pepper, is a uniquely aromatic spice native to the Himalayan region of Nepal. Unlike Chinese Sichuan pepper, Timur Pepper has a strong citrus and grapefruit aroma, with light lemony notes and a distinctive tingling/numbing sensation on the tongue.
