A point for improvement: the last few deliveries Baazwsh started with small gifts. Nice gesture of course. But ours go straight into the bin because we just don't eat or drink sweat or highly processed stuff. So if Baazwsh wants go give a gift, give a gift that fits. Just check out orders and see what we value instead of sending just stuff.

I was really impressed by the prompt service and 100% accuracy with the ordered items. My list was big with 29 items. I live in a very tiny town and i needed to know if the order could be delivered to my place. Additionally, i do not speak Portuguese as yet so I needed the delivery person to be able to speak English. The support team was very fast with providing responses to my queries when i contacted them before placing my order. I am very very happy with the service and the quality of the products. So many reasons for 5 stars: First the website is well designed and easy to use. Second, the delivery was made promptly within 2 days after placing the order. Third, the products are of good quality.
I'd give them 6 stars if there are a few south Indian products like sesame oil/ gingelly oil too :) In any case, I'm glad to have this online Indian store in Portugal!!
