Ingredients:
Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Paprika, Onion, Fennel, Chili, Coriander, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Allspice, Mace, Caraway, Cumin, Kewra Flavor, Citric Acid (E330), Silica (E551).
Cooking Procedure:

Fry chopped onions until golden brown and set aside.

Mix fried onions, yogurt, lemon juice, and Radhuni Hyderabadi Biryani Masala with the meat and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook meat until tender and set aside.

In a separate pot, boil rice with salt and jorda color. Drain and layer over the cooked meat.

Add fried onions, raisins, nuts, and cover. Cook on low heat for 25–30 minutes.

Serve with boiled eggs, raita, or salad.
